RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

 *Returns are accepted for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY
*Returns must be received by us within 15 days from your order date for a full refund.
* Sale and clearance items are “final sale”.
*Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
*All Merchandise when returned must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains or odors, you WILL NOT be given credit. 
*Packing slip must be returned with the return.
*Returns or exchanges after 15 days will not be accepted. 
*Once your return is received and processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.  It can only be used on the website.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable. 

  • All accessories
  • All jewelry
  • All intimates 
  • All sale /clearance items

 EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Because our inventory turns over so quickly, we DO NOT offer exchanges.  Please place a new order online for the items you wish to purchase. This will insure your items do not sell out before we have received your return.  After we receive, inspect, and approve your item for a refund, we will issue a store credit via email or refund your account.  If you have any questions about exchanging, please email us at waylonandwillieboutique@gmail.com and we will be happy to respond.

 ***Please note that we cannot hold any items while waiting on return during the shipping process.***

 

**PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION**

You are responsible for tracking your return package. Once we have received it back, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You will be updated on the process once your store credit is available.
