Australia shipping update- Please note as of Sep 2021 global postal carries have temporarily suspended USPS orders shipping to and coming into Australia. At this time we are unable to offer shipping to Australia. We will stay on top of shipping updates and hope we are able to offer global shipping to our Australian buyers again soon.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible but please allow 2-4 business days to processes your order, as we are a small operation. During Sales, Holidays, or times with increased orders, it may take up to 5 business days to ship. If you have a shipping deadline, please contact us PRIOR to purchase and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
DOMESTIC Shipping (US)
We ship via USPS first class mail for all orders. Please allow 2-3 business days to processes your order, as we are a small operation. US domestic shipping is sent via USPS first class mail or Priority (if upgrade is purchased). Delivery time is 3-5 business days, depending on location. Please contact us prior to purchase, if you need overnight/ expedited shipping, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note- First-Class Mail (retail) and First-Class Package Service-Retail do not include insurance against loss, damage, or missing contents. If you'd like to have your package insured, you will need to upgrade to Priority shipping or we offer Route Shipping Protection. WAYLON+WILLIE BOUTIQUE is responsible for your order until it is dropped off at our local mail carrier. We do not have any control over your package once it is out of our possession. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. We do offer shipping insurance as a paid option during checkout via ROUTE, we highly suggest getting this service. If your package is lost you can process a claim with ROUTE by emailing them with your tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL Shipping (outside of the US)-
USPS First Class- USPS is experiencing major delays on first class mail during Covid and does not guarantee delivery times. We unfortunately have no control over international shipping times with first class packages, and we cannot provide detailed tracking or information, once your package has departed the US. We now include insurance on all first class packages.
USPS Priority- is a mid range shipping option, that includes basic tracking and Insurance. This is our recommended method of shipping for all international orders. Priority generally arrives faster than first class mail, HOWEVER Priority mail is experiencing major delays during Covid and delivery times are not guaranteed.
TARIFFS/ FEES- The cost of shipping you pay covers postage only. We do not collect any tariffs or VAT fees. Be advised some countries charge a fee/ tariff/ or tax on imported goods. Any and all customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Buyers who refuse payment of tariffs will not be refunded for any reason. Be advised that Waylon + Willie is required to declare the total value of goods on every international custom form. Please do not request that merchandise is marked as a "gift" or have the value changed, to avoid customs fees. It is against the law for us to inaccurately document contents or alter the shipping label. We will not do this.
All orders are shipped through USPS and rates depend on the weight and size of the item(s). We generally ship via First Class International mail, which is the most economical shipping rate, but does NOT include insurance/ cover loss. Delivery time for first class shipments is generally 10-21 days. On occasion shipping delays may occur due to extreme weather, customs, holiday season, etc. WAYLON+WILLIE BOUTIQUE assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.

My package says delivered but I didn't receive anything-

If your package says delivered but you didn't receive anything, we suggest waiting a couple days. There have been reported tracking glitches with USPS, where packages are marked as delivered, while they are still in transit. This has been happening more frequently during the pandemic and your package is likely still on its way.
If it has been 3-4 days and you have still not received anything, we suggest first checking with your mail delivery person or a neighbor to see if it was accidentally delivered to the wrong house/apartment. Although rare, this does happen. If the package is not delivered/ found please email us and we can assist you with filing an insurance claim. Please note our insurance provider requires a package to be "lost or missing" for 20 days before a claim can be processed.
