Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be shipped. Once the order is placed the shipping address cannot be changed. WAYLON+WILLIE BOUTIQUE is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. 

We ship via USPS first class mail for all orders. WAYLON+WILLIE BOUTIQUE is responsible for your order until it is dropped off at our local mail carrier. We do not have any control over your package once it is out of our possession. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. We do offer shipping insurance as a paid option during checkout via ROUTE, we highly suggest getting this service. If your package is lost you can process a claim with ROUTE by emailing them with your tracking information.

Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international packages are shipped via USPS. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. WAYLON+WILLIE BOUTIQUE assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.
